The refurbishment of the QLD Building at 390–396 Flinders Street, Townsville City involves the renewal of Levels 1 and 2 to revitalise an established commercial property. The project focuses on upgrading internal layouts, improving accessibility, and enhancing the overall building presentation along both Flinders Street and Ogden Street frontages. The works aim to create modern, flexible spaces that meet current commercial standards while preserving the building’s central role within Townsville’s CBD.

Club Pine Rivers

 

This renovation project at Club Pine Rivers involved a full-scale upgrade of both interior and exterior spaces. Works included new structural framing and plasterboard installation, modern interior fit-outs, and enhanced recreational areas. The upgrade also featured a state-of-the-art covered lawn bowls facility and a refreshed hospitality space with contemporary design, improved seating, and stylish finishes. The project has transformed the club into a modern, functional, and welcoming venue for members and the community.

The Jefferson’s Lake House

The renovation of the multipurpose hall at Everleigh State School focused on upgrading the facility to provide a modern, versatile space for students and the stuffs. Works included refinishing timber flooring, enhancing lighting and ventilation, and installing durable fixtures to support sports, assemblies, and events. The refreshed hall now delivers a bright, functional, and welcoming environment that meets both educational and recreational needs.
